Pride-Health is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to deliver skilled PT services in Keansburg, NJ. The role involves evaluation, plan development, and direct therapy to restore function and mobility within facility guidelines.

You will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, supervise PTAs and rehab techs, and uphold safety, infection control, and regulatory standards across varied facilities.

Formación

• Graduate of an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT/MSPT/BSPT).
• Active state PT license (or ability to obtain).
• Strong communication, documentation, and clinical skills.
• Flexibility to adapt to varying facilities, schedules, and patient needs.

Responsabilidades

• Screen, evaluate, and treat patients as appropriate
• Develop and update treatment/discharge plans of care
• Document services accurately and timely
• Supervise PTAs and Rehab Techs per practice acts
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams and families
• Maintain compliance with safety, infection control, and regulatory standards
