Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree in Physical Therapy required and Wisconsin licensed PT or eligible.
• If eligible, must obtain Wisconsin license within 3 months of hire.
• At least one year experience in a medical setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates and treats referred Physical Therapy patients per physician orders.
• Home Care: Performs and supervises PT programs in the homes of Home Health Care clients.
