Qualifications

• Two years of PT experience or completion of HM residency.
• Graduate of an education program approved by the credentialing body for PTs.
• Active Texas PT license (or compact) and BLS credentials.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and develop the plan of care.
• Educate patients and families; mentor students and staff.
• Collaborate with interprofessional care team to modify treatment plans.
• Manage caseload to optimize patient outcomes and safety.
