Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of an education program approved by the credentialing body for required credentials.
• Experience requirements include 3 years as an Occupational Therapist or 2 years with a Doctorate, or completion of HM fellowship/residency.
• Current BLS and Texas OT license (PSV/compact acceptable within 90 days) are required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and develop the therapy plan of care for a broad range of diagnoses and acuities.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers and collaborate with an interprofessional team.
• Serve as preceptor/mentor to staff and students; participate in quality metrics and process improvement.
