Responsibilities

• Evaluates new patients and develops treatment plans.
• Documents evaluations, treatments, and patient interactions daily.
• Educates patients and families about conditions and home activities.
• Communicates with physicians to obtain information and revise treatment as needed.
• Uses rehabilitation tools and equipment safely and effectively.
• Maintains productivity and adapts schedule for clinic needs.
• Participates in quality and safety improvement activities.
• Supervises assistants and support personnel.
• Provides education to patients and families on conditions and home activities.
• Executes documentation per UMH policies and standards.
