• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
• Department Specific Qualifications: 2+ years with board certification; 4+ years without; CI certification; 320 hours of instruction as CI; 50 hours curriculum; productivity targets; 3 PD/engagement activities.

Responsabilités

• Perform evaluations of new patients with goals and treatment plans.
• Progress patients through levels of treatment within capabilities.
• Document evaluations, treatments and interactions.
• Educate patients and families about conditions and care.
• Maintain communication with rehabilitation team and physicians.
• Suggest treatment revisions after physician input.
