Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor, Master, or Doctorate in Physical Therapy required.
• Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) by State Board of Healing Arts.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates patients and communicates results to physicians and care team.
• Develops and implements individualized treatment plans.
• Supervises PTAs and rehab technicians; provides education.
