Job summary

Kansas Surgery and Recovery Center is seeking a dedicated physical therapist to join our orthopedic-focused team in Wichita. You will evaluate patient mobility, plan and direct therapeutic interventions, and administer treatments prescribed by physicians to restore function after surgery or illness.

Applicants should hold an accredited physical therapy degree, current Kansas state license, and a valid BLS certificate.

Qualifications

• Evaluate and plan therapeutic interventions to improve patient mobility.
• Administer treatments per physician orders and establish patient goals.
• Comply with accreditation standards and hospital policies.
• Experience in a hospital or medical office setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized PT plans.
• Direct and implement therapeutic interventions and modalities as prescribed.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses and managers to optimize outcomes.
