Qualifications

• Graduation from a Physical Therapy Program accredited by CAPTE.
• Less than one year of clinical experience as a physical therapist.
• A valid, unencumbered Physical Therapist License approved by Georgia Board of Physical Therapy.
• Basic Life Support (BLS).

Responsibilities

• Conducts comprehensive evaluations, testing, and treatment for patients with multiple medical conditions.
• Educates patients and families and develops individualized treatment plans with clear, measurable goals.
• Collaborates with interdisciplinary teams and coordinates post-discharge planning with community resources.
• Documents patient care details, manages charges, and ensures infection control and quality standards.
