• Licensure as a Physical Therapist in Georgia.

Responsabilidades

• Provides comprehensive evaluations, treatments and education to patients and families within an interdisciplinary environment.
• Maintains an established inventory of supplies and ensures proper use and maintenance of equipment.
• Communicates with the patient care team, patient and family; plans and implements measurable, goal-driven treatment plans.
• Documents daily charges for services rendered and adheres to infection control standards.
• Performs direct patient care and specialized treatments according to individualized care plans.
• Assists with scheduling to optimize staff and equipment utilization.

Graduation from a Physical Therapy school accredited by the APTA

Licensure as a Physical Therapist in Georgia

Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
