Prava is seeking a Licensed Physical Therapist in Texas who wants to launch or grow an independent practice, with flexibility across hybrid, remote, on-site, and concierge models. You will focus on one-on-one patient care while leveraging Prava's credentialing, EHR, and marketing support.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years of clinical experience, an entrepreneurial mindset, and a passion for ownership of their schedule and practice growth with minimal administrative burden.

Who We’re Looking For:

• Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) with OR without a practice in Texas
• Passionate about one-on-one, patient-centered care
• Has an entrepreneurial mindset and a genuine interest in starting and growing their own practice, no matter what that looks like

• Minimum 2 years of clinical experience preferred
