Prava empowers therapists to launch, run, and scale independent practices around Dallas–Fort Worth by handling credentialing, billing, and back-office tasks.

Licensed Physical Therapists in Texas can join full-time, part-time, or PRN roles with hybrid/remote/on-site options. Earn per-visit pay up to $120 and benefit from marketing support and AI-assisted documentation.

Who We’re Looking For:

• Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) with OR without a practice in Texas
• Passionate about one-on-one, patient-centered care
• Has an entrepreneurial mindset and a genuine interest in starting and growing their own practice, no matter what that looks like
• Excited by autonomy, flexibility, and engaging the business side of therapy
• Minimum 2 years of clinical experience preferred
