Job summary

Nealy Pierce, LLC seeks a licensed Outpatient Physical Therapist to join a hospital-based clinic in Charleston, SC. You will deliver patient education and 1:1 care, with a focus on ortho and neuro rehab, in a supportive, collaborative team.

The role includes a 90-day onboarding, a Mon-Fri 8:30-5 schedule, and a relocation bonus along with PSLF-eligible loan repayment. Full benefits are included.

Outpatient Physical Therapist | Hospital-Based | Charleston, SC

Position Highlights

• Non-profit hospital-based outpatient clinic
• Adult caseload includes mostly ortho and some neuro
• 90-day formal onboarding with a low-turnover team of experienced clinicians
• 1:1 care, 60-min evals and 45-min treatments, 8-9 patients/day
• Schedule: Full-time, permanent - Mon-Fri, 8:30-5
• $5,000 relocation bonus
• PSLF eligible, plus internal program to pay $5,000+ annually on your loans
