Job summary

Nealy Pierce, LLC is seeking a licensed Outpatient Physical Therapist for a hospital-based clinic in South Carolina. The role emphasizes 1:1 patient care, a 45-minute eval/treatment model, and a team of experienced clinicians during a 3-month onboarding.

You will treat an adult ortho-focused caseload with some general and neuro cases, with no weekends and potential to work 4-10s or 5-8s. A $7,000 relocation bonus and PSLF eligible loan programs enhance the package.

Outpatient Physical Therapist | Hospital-Based

Position Highlights

• Non-profit hospital-based outpatient clinic


• Adult caseload includes mostly ortho, some general and some neuro


• 3-month formal onboarding with a low-turnover team of experienced clinicians


• 1:1 care, 45-min evals and treatments, ~9 patients/day


• Schedule: Full-time, permanent - no weekends; open to 4-10s or 5-8s


• $7,000 relocation bonus


• PSLF eligible, plus internal program to pay $5,000+ annually on your loans
