Elara Caring is seeking a Physical Therapist for a role in Berlin, Massachusetts. You will provide direct patient care, evaluate functional needs, and design individualized care plans within a home health setting.

Formación

• Graduate of an APTA-approved Physical Therapy program.
• Current, unrestricted PT license in Massachusetts.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a healthcare setting.
• Ability to travel within Worcester and surrounding areas (50% travel).
• Reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license, and current auto insurance.
• Ability to lift 50–100 lbs and perform full range of body motion.
