Full Time Physical Therapist (PT) - Home Health

Sign-on Bonus: $10,000 for Full Time Positions!

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking an experienced Physical Therapist (PT) for a full-time role providing home health visits in Northern Anne Arundel County. The position involves visiting adult and geriatric clients, with availability required Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM.

As a home care Physical Therapist, you will be a vital part of a multidisciplinary team delivering rehabilitative and skilled nursing care to enable clients to remain at home. We value our employees and invest in their growth. Learn more about our career pathing.

Responsibilities:

1. Conduct home visits within designated territories.
2. Perform diagnostic assessments including mobility, joint range of motion, stability, ambulation patterns, muscle strength, balance, and safety evaluations.
3. Develop and implement personalized care plans with manual therapy, gait training, and other interventions.
4. Continuously evaluate and update care plans, collaborating with nursing staff as needed.
5. Educate clients and families on rehabilitative activities to promote health and independence.
6. Document all client interactions and interventions accurately using electronic tablets.

Qualifications:

• Current Maryland Physical Therapist (PT) license.
• Graduation from an American Physical Therapy Association-approved program.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with computers; experience with electronic medical records preferred.
