*** $10,000 Sign on Bonus for Full Time Position! ***

BAYADA Home Health Care is currently seeking an experienced Physical Therapist (PT) for a full-time position performing home health visits in Northern Anne Arundel County.

** Must be available to see patients 5 days a week (Monday-Friday) between 8:30 am and 5:00 pm.

As a home care Physical Therapist, you will be a vital part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team providing rehabilitative care and skilled nursing to help clients remain at home.

Responsibilities:

1. Make home visits to clients in designated areas.
2. Perform diagnostic tests, including mobility, joint range, stability, ambulation patterns, muscle strength, balance, and safety assessments.
3. Develop and update individualized care plans, including exercises, gait training, and balance interventions.
4. Assess and revise care plans regularly, collaborating with nursing staff as needed.
5. Educate clients and their families on rehabilitative activities to promote health, safety, and independence.
6. Document observations and interventions accurately using a touchpad tablet.

Qualifications:

• Current Maryland Physical Therapist (PT) license.
• Graduation from an American Physical Therapy Association-approved program.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Computer literacy; experience with electronic medical records (EMR) preferred.
