BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking an experienced Physical Therapist (PT) for a Full-Time opportunity performing home health visits in Northern Anne Arundel County. The role involves providing rehabilitative care to adult and geriatric clients in their homes.

Requirements:

• Maryland Physical Therapist (PT) license
• Graduate of an accredited program by the American Physical Therapy Association
• Availability to see patients 5 days a week, Monday-Friday, 8:30 am - 5:00 pm

Responsibilities:

• Make home visits within designated territories
• Perform diagnostic tests and measurements (mobility, strength, balance, safety assessments)
• Develop and implement individualized care plans
• Assess and revise care plans; collaborate with nursing staff
• Educate clients and family members on rehabilitative activities
• Document client care accurately using electronic devices
