Physical Therapist ‐ Home Health ‐ (PT ‐ HH)

Start Date: ASAP | Available Shifts: 8 D | Pay Rate: $2191.22 ‐ $2401.01

We are seeking an HH PT traveler to start immediately.

Required Qualifications

• Physical Therapist with Home Health experience
• Minimum of 1 year experience
• Licenses: PT (Compact accepted)
• References: At least 1 reference in entire work history

Previous HH experience is required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Homecare Homebase
