Position Details

1. Position Title: PHYSICAL THERAPIST
2. Total number of positions needed: 1
3. Approval: Who will be the DOO approving the contractors' time each week? Marla Drane

5. Contract Duration: 13 weeks
6. Schedule: Monday ‐ Friday, 8am ‐ 5pm
7. Weekend Rotation: Yes, 1 weekend/month
8. On Call: No
9. Region: Northeast West/Home Health
10. Territory: Allegheny County
11. Reason for Request: Workload, FT/PT changing to PRN
