Job summary

Grammar LLC in Colorado Springs is seeking compassionate Physical Therapists for home health to support patient care plans in patients' homes.

Travel is required (~20%) to residential locations. A PT license, degree, and healthcare experience are required, with proficiency using tablets and EMR software for charting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited college required
• Licensed Physical Therapist issued by the state in which you will be working
• Minimum of one year healthcare experience
• Current driver’s license and ability to spend ~20% of your day driving to/from patient locations
• A commitment to consistently meet critical deadlines for charting
• The skills needed to self-manage your time and schedule
• Demonstrated experience with tablets, mobile phones and EMR software.

Schedule and Shift Details

• Monday – Friday 8:00 am – 6:00 pm, 1 weekend per month, and 2 holidays per year Travel
• Local travel to residential homes.
