Job summary

Mercy Health Home Care and Hospice by Compassus seeks a licensed Physical Therapist to provide patient-centered care in a skilled setting. You will use AI-supported documentation to capture progress in real time and focus on hands-on therapy with reduced administrative burden.

Ideal candidates have a BS in Physical Therapy and 2+ years of acute care or rehab experience, plus an active PT license and BLS certification. This full-time role offers meaningful work and a supportive Compassus culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy required.
• Two (2) years of experience as a Physical Therapist in an acute care or rehabilitation setting highly preferred.
• Active and unencumbered Physical Therapist license in state(s) of employment required.
• Required within 30 days of hire - National Provider BLS - American Heart Association.
