Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy required.
• Two years of experience as a Physical Therapist in an acute care or rehabilitation setting highly preferred.
• Active and unencumbered Physical Therapist license in state(s) of employment required.
• BLS and American Heart Association certifications required within 30 days of hire.
