Job summary

Mercy Health Home Care and Hospice by Compassus is seeking a Physical Therapist to deliver focused, patient-centered care using AI-supported documentation to streamline notes and reduce admin time.

In this role, you will conduct therapy sessions, monitor mobility and recovery goals, and engage with patients while leveraging real-time progress data. A BS in Physical Therapy, state licensure, and BLS certification are required or pursued within 30 days.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy required.
• Two years of experience as a Physical Therapist in an acute care or rehabilitation setting highly preferred.
• Active and unencumbered Physical Therapist license in state(s) of employment required.
• Within 30 days of hire, BLS certification from American Heart Association required.
