Job summary

Compassus is seeking a Physical Therapist to provide patient-centered care using AI-supported documentation to streamline notes and free up time for hands-on therapy. You will conduct sessions focused on mobility and recovery, while documenting progress in real time and engaging with patients without being burdened by paperwork.

The role requires a Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy, 2 years of acute care/rehab experience, and an active PT license; BLS/CPR will be required within 30 days of

• Two (2) years of experience as a Physical Therapist in an acute care or rehabilitation setting highly preferred.
• Active and unencumbered Physical Therapist license in state(s) of employment required.
• Required within 30 days of hire - National Provider BLS - American Heart Association.
