Job summary

Signature Healthcare at Home is hiring a Home Health Physical Therapist to serve patients in Pierce County, WA. You will provide rehabilitative therapy in patients’ homes, develop care plans, and coordinate with physicians and the health care team.

The role requires a WA PT license, two years of experience (home health preferred), CPR, and a valid driver's license. Mileage is reimbursed; a sign-on bonus of up to $10,000 is available for full-time staff.

This may include, but will not be limited to:Assessing and evaluating therapeutic/rehabilitative/functional status, and participation in the development of the total plan of care. Community/home health experience is preferred.Demonstrates good verbal and written communication and organization skills.Possesses and maintains current CPR certification.The ability to drive and/or have access to transportation for agency related travel (e.g. community partners, patients, etc.) is an essential function of the job.
