Job summary

University of Vermont Medical Center is seeking a Physical Therapist for Adult Home Care to provide home-based patient care in Chittenden and Grand Isle Counties, Vermont. In this per diem role, you will perform evaluations, develop treatment plans, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to enhance patient well-being.

Qualifications

• Must have prior PT experience; home health experience preferred but not required.
