Home Health PT Job Details:

• Pay Rate: $2,200-$2,400 gross
• Schedule: Weekdays Monday-Friday, 40 hours weekly
• Start Date: 05/05/2025
• Location: Worcester, MA, covering Auburn to Sturbridge

Requirements:

• At least two years of experience in a Medicare-certified home health agency
• Comfortable with OASIS assessments
• Valid PT license and willingness to obtain MA licensure
