Job Description

The Physical Therapist assists the physician in evaluating the patient's level of function, develops and updates the plan of care, and provides treatment as ordered by the attending physician.

Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's, Master's, or D.P.T. from an accredited Physical Therapy Program
  • California Physical Therapist License upon hire
  • Within 30 days: BLS certification from the American Heart Association
Preferred Qualifications
  • 1 year of experience as a Physical Therapist
  • Home Health experience
