Job summary

Azza HealthCare Agency is seeking a compassionate physical therapist to provide in-home services for seniors and individuals with disabilities in New Mexico. You will assess mobility, design individualized treatment plans, and help clients improve strength, balance, and pain management in the comfort of their homes.

• Current Physical Therapist licensure as required by state regulations.
