Schedule: Full time Day shift (8am-4:30pm)
Location: candidate will drive and service around West Portland
Job Description
Physical Therapists develop, coordinate and maintain therapeutic services and activities alongside an interdisciplinary team to help patients in need successfully maintain or improve their level of independence.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy Program, or
- Master's Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy Program, or
- D.P.T. from an accredited Physical Therapy Program.
- Within 30 days of hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
- upon hire: Oregon Physical Therapist License
- 1 year clinical experience in Home Health or healthcare setting, or active enrollment in the Providence postgraduate preceptor program.
