Summary

We are hiring a Physical Therapist! 10K SIGN ON BONUS for full-time! This Therapist will work between the Ashland and Sylacauga areas.

Salary based on full-time employment and maximum productivity: $95,000 to $120,000 per year, depending on experience.

Responsibilities

The Physical Therapist (PT, DPT, RPT) in Home Health is responsible for assessing and evaluating patient care needs related to functional status, mobility, endurance, pain, and other medical conditions. Based on this assessment, the therapist develops a treatment plan, performs interventions to improve patient well-being, and evaluates progress.

• Evaluate the patient's functional status and needs, assisting in developing the therapy plan of care with the physician
• Observe and report the patient's response to treatment and any condition changes to the supervising nurse or physician
• Treat patients to relieve pain, restore function, and maintain maximum functioning according to accepted standards
• Educate and inform the healthcare team, patients, and families about the care plan, limitations, and progress

Education and Experience

Licensure Requirements

• Current Physical Therapy license in the state of practice
• Current CPR certification
• Valid driver's license, vehicle insurance, and reliable transportation
