This is a full-time, part-time, or PRN Physical Therapist position to perform outpatient therapy in home-based settings in the New Milford, NJ area. Were looking for someone who can commit to at least 15 hours/week of direct patient care, billed as Medicare Part B.

Youll need to have 3 weekdays available on a regular basis, but the rest of the schedule is flexible. Plus, youll be working with the geriatric population.

Overview:
A growing organization in New Jersey is hiring a Physical Therapist to manage an expanded caseload in the New Milford area. You will provide community-based outpatient services (Medicare Part B) in patients' homes. The full-time or part-time position includes a flexible schedule based on your preferences.

At a minimum, we are looking to hire a PT to work 15 hours of direct patient care per week. You will join a highly experienced multidisciplinary therapy team to treat a well-balanced mix of patients in homes of older adults. This salaried position includes a generous benefits package and the opportunity for overtime pay.
