Overview:
A growing organization in New Jersey is hiring a Physical Therapist to manage an expanded caseload in the New Milford area. You will provide community-based outpatient services (Medicare Part B) in patients' homes. The full-time or part-time position includes a flexible schedule based on your preferences.
At a minimum, we are looking to hire a PT to work 15 hours of direct patient care per week. You will join a highly experienced multidisciplinary therapy team to treat a well-balanced mix of patients in homes of older adults. This salaried position includes a generous benefits package and the opportunity for overtime pay.

Job Requirements:
• Graduation as a Doctor of Physical Therapy (or equivalent)
• Eligibility for New Jersey state licensure
• Must be available to work a minimum of 15 hours/week of direct patient care
• If PRN / Per Diem, the candidate hired will perform ongoing 1-on-1 direct patient care with regular weekly availability (including at least 3 weekdays)
