QUALIFICATIONS:

Education and experience:

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Program and active PT license in Kansas
• One‑year experience in clinical practice required. Prefer home health experience
• Good clinical judgement, strong interpersonal skills, good time management and teamwork

Licensure, registration and certification:

• Licensed Physical Therapist in Kansas
• BLS certification required (may be obtained post‑employment)
• Must have or immediately obtain BLS
• Valid Driver’s license and Vehicle with current Auto insurance
