Job summary

NMC Health in Newton, KS seeks a Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) or Supportive Care Worker for our Home Care and Private Duty Services. This full-time role provides comfort, companionship, and daily living assistance to clients, enhancing their independence and wellbeing in a compassionate, patient-focused environment.

Qualifications

Do you love being part of a compassionate care-giving team? We are currently seeking a Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) or Supportive Care Worker to join our Home Care and Private Duty Services team. In this role, you will interact directly with clients providing comfort, companionship, and assistance with daily living needs in a manner that leads to high levels of patient satisfaction. NMC Health offers tuition reimbursement to those who qualify as well as reimbursement for CNA and/or Home Health Aide courses, upon successful completion.

High school diploma or equivalent required

Experience:

Minimum of 1 year of geriatric experience preferred

Licensure, registration or certification:

• Current Certified Nurse Aide (C.N.A.)
• Home Health Aide (H.H.A.) licensure in state of Kansas a plus!
• Reliable transportation and valid Driver’s license required.
• Certification in CPR/Basic Life Support (BLS) will be required, and complete on hire if needed
