Job summary

Mass General Brigham Home Care is seeking licensed Physical Therapists to deliver home-based services across Massachusetts. You will assess, treat, and educate patients in their homes, supporting recovery and independence with a patient-centered approach.

The role requires clinical confidence, autonomous work, and strong communication skills, with travel within the Mass General Brigham Home Care geographic area to provide care in patients' homes.

Qualifications

• One year of experience in acute care, rehab or homecare as a Physical Therapist.
• Registered with the Board of Registration in Massachusetts.
• Excellent verbal, written and electronic communications skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services at patients' homes within Mass General Brigham Healthcare at Home geographic area.
• Collaborate with care teams to support patient recovery and independence.
• Prioritize and adapt to changing clinical situations in home settings.
• Travel to patient locations as required within Massachusetts.
