Physical Rehabilitation Network (PRN) seeks a licensed Physical Therapist in Fircrest, WA to deliver high-quality rehabilitation services. You will assess patients, design personalized plans, and guide recovery with evidence-based techniques.

Expect collaborative care with physicians and support staff in a fast-paced clinical setting. You'll engage in ongoing mentorship, participate in residency programs, and benefit from incentive plans, loan repayment options, and professional development

Qualifications

• Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Doctorate or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• CPR certification and state requirements.
• Strong clinical skills in orthopedic/neurological/geriatric PT.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Proficient computer skills for documentation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine patients' functional abilities, goals, and needs.
• Develop personalized treatment plans and apply therapeutic exercises and modalities.
• Document progress and outcomes accurately and timely.
• Monitor progress and adjust plans to maximize recovery.
• Educate patients and families on therapy procedures and home programs.
