Your coverage area will remain localized around the SNF—no more ever-expanding home care coverage areas. Your schedule follows a traditional work week.Rivetus has served the geriatric Post-Acute community since 1998. This hybrid role provides facility-based therapy and local home care services. Facility services are paid hourly; home care services are paid per visit.Schedule: Monday - Friday, Full TimeGeneral Summary:In this role, you will provide physical therapy services to patients with physical dysfunction, including assessment, treatment planning, and implementation.
