Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy.

• Experience in a skilled nursing and/or outpatient rehab environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to residents, including evaluations and planning individual treatment programs and goals.
• Deliver actual treatments and discharge planning as part of patient care.
• Assist with related duties as required and support professional growth.
