Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to residents, including evaluations and planning individual treatment programs and goals.
• Administer treatments and discharge planning; perform related duties as required.
• Collaborate across care continuum and participate in professional growth opportunities for therapists.
