Qualifications

• Completion of an approved Physical Therapist Assistant training program.
• Valid Physical Therapist Assistant license or eligibility for license in the state(s) where services are rendered.
• Experience in a skilled nursing and/or outpatient rehab environment (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Provide treatment services to residents and assist the Physical Therapist in treatment and program development.
• Perform physical therapy procedures and related tasks as delegated by the Physical Therapist, in accordance with the plan of treatment.
