This full-time role offers competitive compensation up to $140,000 annually, depending on experience, plus a Stay & Earn sign-on bonus up to $10,000, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of practice.
Graduate of CAPTE-accredited program; foreign-trained must be substantially equivalent to U.S. PT education.
Full-time availability required.

Responsibilities

Complete evaluations, assessments, and treatments per the care plan.
Complete documentation in a timely, accurate manner.
Follow established policies and procedures within scope of practice.
Identify priorities in patient care and respond with initiative.
Complete all orientations, trainings, and required in-services.
Perform other related duties as directed by supervisor.
