Job summary

PruittHealth in Forsyth, GA is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our Therapy Services team. You will perform evaluations, develop treatment plans, and deliver compassionate, patient-centered care in a collaborative setting.

Qualifications

• Valid professional OT license in the state of practice.
• Graduate of ACOTE-accredited OT program.
• Eligible to take or has passed the NBCOT exams.

Responsibilities

• Perform evaluations, assessments, and treatments per OT care plan.
• Complete all documentation and records accurately and timely.
• Follow policies and procedures related to scope of practice.
• Identify priorities in patient care and exercise sound judgment.
• Complete orientations and trainings in a timely manner.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
