Job summary

Synchrony is seeking a Physical Therapist to provide a full range of PT services, including assessment, plan development, and therapeutic interventions in an interdisciplinary environment.

The role requires a degree in Physical Therapy and a current PT license, with CPR certification preferred. The position involves collaboration with a diverse team to deliver high-quality patient care and adherence to regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Must have a degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Must have and maintain a current, valid state PT licensure or certification.
• Current CPR certification, preferred

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate patients’ physical conditions and rehabilitation needs.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans including therapeutic exercises and manual therapy.
• Educate patients and families on exercise techniques, posture and body mechanics.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment plans per facility policies.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Perform other duties as assigned
