Job summary

Synchrony is seeking a Physical Therapist to provide comprehensive PT services in an interdisciplinary setting. You will assess patients, plan and implement individualized therapies, and educate patients and families on exercise and posture to improve function. Accurate documentation and collaboration with the care team are essential to success.

Requires a PT degree, state licensure, and CPR certification (preferred). 0–1 year of experience.

Qualifications

• State PT licensure in good standing
• Current CPR certification preferred
• 0–1 year of clinical experience in PT settings

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients’ physical conditions and rehabilitation needs.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans with exercises, manual therapy, and modalities.
• Educate patients and families on exercises, posture and body mechanics.
• Document patient progress and treatment outcomes in compliance with policies.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care.
• Support additional duties as assigned.
