Physical Rehabilitation Network (PRN) is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to join our Las Vegas team. You will assess patients, design and implement individualized therapy plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to enhance mobility and quality of life.

Qualifications

• Valid state licensure to practice physical therapy.
• Doctorate or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• CPR certification and any other required state certifications.
• Strong clinical skills in orthopedic, neurological, or geriatric physical therapy.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team.
• Proficient computer skills for documentation and records.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine patients' functional abilities, limitations, and goals.
• Develop personalized treatment plans based on assessments and goals using various therapies.
• Implement therapeutic exercises and manual therapy to improve mobility and function.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes.
• Monitor progress and adjust plans to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Educate patients and families about therapy procedures and home exercises.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
• Stay updated on advancements in therapy techniques and apply them when appropriate.
• Ensure adherence to the Plan of Care and follow up as needed.
