HealthQuest Physical Therapy in Michigan is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist (DPT or MPT) to assess patients, develop treatment plans, and monitor outcomes with a patient-centered approach. You will lead and collaborate with Exercise Specialists, ensuring safe techniques and high-quality care.

Responsibilities include documenting evaluations, mentoring staff, and contributing to clinic growth through community engagement and internal marketing. Ongoing professional development is encouraged.

Qualifications

• Degree in Physical Therapy (DPT or MPT) from an accredited program.
• Current Physical Therapist license in Michigan.
• Ability to meet the physical demands including standing, walking, lifting up to 50 lbs.

Responsabilités

• Evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, establish functional goals, and monitor progress throughout care.
• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based physical therapy consistent with HealthQuest's philosophy of treating the person, not just the condition.
• Maintain accurate and timely evaluations, progress notes, and treatment documentation in accordance with company standards.
• Provide leadership, guidance, and supervision to Exercise Specialists, ensuring patient safety, proper exercise techniques, and appropriate equipment use.
• Develop individualized Home Exercise Programs to support patient progress and long-term success.
• Participate in peer reviews, quality improvement initiatives, and collaborative clinical discussions.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with patients, referring physicians, and healthcare partners.
• Support clinic growth through patient engagement, community involvement, and internal marketing initiatives.
• Coordinate patient care and communicate effectively with team members to ensure continuity of treatment.
• Pursue ongoing professional development through continuing education, mentorship, and HealthQuest's Professional Development Program.
