Job summary

Responsibilities include evaluating function, developing treatment plans, supervising PT Assistants and Aides, and educating patients and families on conditions and treatments. Strong communication and OSHA compliance are essential.

Responsibilities

• Submits and updates treatment plans in coordination with the physician; cosigns orders as needed.
• Devises a treatment schedule with frequency and duration discussed with patient/family and staff.
• Educates patient, family, and caregiver on pathology, prognosis, and rationale for treatment.
