HealthQuest Physical Therapy in Michigan seeks a licensed Doctor of Physical Therapy to join our team. You will evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and monitor progress, delivering high-quality, evidence-based care aligned with our person-centered philosophy.

You will provide leadership to Exercise Specialists, supervise daily activities, and develop Home Exercise Programs while participating in peer reviews, quality improvements, and clinical discussions.

Competenze

• Degree in Physical Therapy (DPT or MPT) from an accredited program.
• Current Physical Therapist license in the State of Michigan.
• APTA membership provided by HealthQuest Physical Therapy.
• Ability to meet the physical demands of the position, including standing, walking, lifting, and carrying up to 50 lbs., with or without reasonable accommodation.

• Evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, establish functional goals, and monitor progress throughout care.
• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based physical therapy consistent with HealthQuest's philosophy of treating the person, not just the condition.
• Maintain accurate and timely evaluations, progress notes, and treatment documentation in accordance with company standards.
• Provide leadership, guidance, and supervision to Exercise Specialists, ensuring patient safety, proper exercise techniques, and appropriate equipment use.
• Develop individualized Home Exercise Programs to support patient progress and long-term success.
• Participate in peer reviews, quality improvement initiatives, and collaborative clinical discussions.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with patients, referring physicians, and healthcare partners.
• Support clinic growth through patient engagement, community involvement, and internal marketing initiatives.
• Coordinate patient care and communicate effectively with team members to ensure continuity of treatment.
• Pursue ongoing professional development through continuing education, mentorship, and HealthQuest's Professional Development Program.
