Qualifications

• Current state PT license; NPTE required
• 1 year of previous experience as a Physical Therapist preferred
• Develops and implements individualized treatment plans in coordination with other disciplines
• Documents patient progress and adjusts plans of care based on clinical outcomes
• Educates patients and families on home exercise programs and injury prevention
